职位概况

负责ETAS提供的测量、适配、诊断工具的技术支持，包括前后端客户咨询与方案提供。入职后在公司总部学习INCA产品，随后约三年常驻客户现场。

主要职责

了解客户需求，提供技术解决方案并进行产品演示。
负责INCA及相关测量工具的售前售后技术支持。
与国内外团队协作，推动销售渠道建设和产品规划。
在客户现场常驻，解决现场技术问题。

任职要求

具备机电、电气或电子相关专业知识及实务经验。
良好的客户技术沟通与逻辑故障排除能力。
日语母语或N1水平，英语中级以上（TOEIC 600+）。

必备技能

Windows PC 设置与故障处理经验。
Python 脚本开发经验。
熟悉汽车行业ECU及ASAM等标准。
