职位概况
负责为工业机械及建筑机械提供油压产品与系统的技术支持，参与新产品的国内推广与技术验证，并与德国应用工程师协作。
主要职责
- 与客户沟通需求，制定技术规格。
- 根据客户需求选型本公司油压产品及系统。
- 编制报价并确认技术规格（含与德国团队的沟通）。
- 现场进行产品调试、技术支持与建议。
- 支持新产品的销售技术工作，与德国产品管理团队信息交流。
任职要求
- 具备一般工业机械的使用经验或相关知识。
- 工学类学位。
- 能够在公司内外进行良好沟通，具备逻辑思维与自信表达能力。
- 商务英语水平（TOEIC 750分以上）。
- 日语商务高级水平，能够独立进行技术谈判并完成成交。
必备技能
- 油压系统技术支持与选型经验。
- 电气/电装相关知识。
- 制造设备的选型与导入经验。
