职位概况
日阪製作所面向2026年毕业的理工科学生，招聘设计开发及技术销售方向的技术岗位，提供完善的培训体系和多元化福利。
主要职责
- 参与产品的设计、开发及改进工作；
- 负责技术方案的制定与客户沟通，提供技术支持；
- 在项目实施过程中进行现场调试与问题解决。
任职要求
- 理工科本科及以上学历，机械、电气、化学、信息等专业优先；
- 具备良好的沟通表达能力，能够用日语或英语阅读技术文档；
- 主动思考、判断并执行，具备坚持不懈的热情。
必备技能
- 基础的技术研发或工程设计知识；
- 英语阅读能力（能够理解英文技术资料）。
我们提供
- 月薪254,000~285,000日元（根据学历不同）并提供加班、家庭、通勤补贴；
- 年终奖、利润分配、每年一次调薪；
- 完全周休二日、年假、夏季/年末/黄金周连休等丰富假期；
- 社会保险、住房补贴、远程办公（每周最多2天）等福利。
