職務概要
日本市場におけるKOL・インフルエンサー戦略の立案・実行を担当し、ブランド認知からコンバージョンまでのフルファネルを設計します。YouTube、X、Instagram、TikTokを中心にインフルエンサーとの長期的なパートナーシップを構築します。
主な業務内容
- 日本市場向けKOL／インフルエンサー戦略の企画・実行（YouTube・X・Instagram・TikTok）
- ブランド認知からCVまでを一貫したフルファネル設計
- インフルエンサーのリクルーティングと長期パートナーシップ構築
- タレント・クリエイター・代理店との交渉・契約管理
- レビューやビジネス活用事例等のコンテンツ企画と品質ディレクション
求める人物像
- インフルエンサーマーケティング実務経験3年以上
- 日本の主要SNSプラットフォームに深い理解がある方
- KPI設計とデータドリブンでの改善経験を有する方
- 社外パートナーやKOL事務所との交渉・ディレクション経験がある方
- ChatGPT等のAIツールを活用した業務効率化やコンテンツ企画経験がある方
