職務概要
栃木工場における物流領域のデジタル化を推進し、サプライチェーン全体の効率向上を実現するプロジェクトリーダーを募集します。デジタルトランスフォーメーションの企画・実行を通じて、現場の業務改善に貢献していただきます。
主な業務内容
- 物流におけるデジタルトランスフォーメーションの推進
- 導入済みデジタルツールの運用改善と新ツール導入支援
- 業務プロセスのデジタル化による効率化提案
- デジタリゼーション戦略立案のサポート
- デジタリゼーション関連教育の企画・実施
- 生産・部品計画の策定と進捗管理
- 受注・発注管理および海外拠点・サプライヤーとの折衝
- KPI管理と品質・コスト・納期改善活動の実施
求める人物像
- 日本語が堪能で、ビジネスレベルの英語が使用できる方
- 物流・輸出入管理の知識、または学ぶ意欲がある方
- やる気・積極性・ポジティブなマインドセットを持つ方
- 優れたコミュニケーションスキルとチームで働く姿勢がある方
必須スキル
- TOEIC 600点以上の英語力
- 物流・輸出入管理に関する知識または実務経験
- 業務の自動化・自動搬送に関わる経験（あれば望ましい）
