职位概况

负责在日本和韩国地区领导Elsevier Health的数字临床解决方案产品线，制定并执行产品战略，实现业务增长。

主要职责

制定日本/韩国数字健康产品的长期愿景与多年度路线图。
统筹产品全生命周期，包括策划、开发、上线及持续优化。
管理并培养产品/内容团队，建立产品管理标准和成功指标。
与APAC工程团队及全球产品领导保持紧密合作，推动区域产品增长。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，硕士优先。
10-12年以上数字产品管理经验，具备复杂产品组合管理经历。
有培养和管理产品经理团队的经验。
熟悉医疗、教育或生命科学等受监管行业的数字产品。
具备全球矩阵组织工作经验，优秀的战略思维和沟通能力。

必备技能

数字产品管理方法论（如敏捷、数据驱动决策）。
跨部门协作与项目推进能力。
