Product Manager – Digital Healthcare Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an innovative Product Manager to lead the development of digital solutions for clinicians and healthcare professionals in Japan. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Solutions Japan, you will shape the local product portfolio, turning market insights into impactful products that improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, unmet needs, and their impact on current and future products.
• Define the strategic product vision and roadmap for the Japan digital product portfolio.
• Lead opportunity assessments, develop business cases, and prioritize new features or concepts based on value and feasibility.
• Act as project manager and facilitator, aligning global and local stakeholders (technology, UX, marketing, content, sales) to deliver high‑impact experiences on time.
• Support go‑to‑market and launch planning in collaboration with customer‑facing and marketing teams.
• Promote product management tools and best practices across global teams.
• Champion agile product development methodologies, ensuring customer‑centric and data‑informed outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4–6 years of experience in digital product management, preferably in education, healthcare, or related technology sectors.
• Proven track record of driving product lifecycle activities from concept to market.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills in both Japanese and English.
