职位概况
Alcon在日本招聘高级质量保证专员（视觉护理），负责接收、核对、检测和记录隐形眼镜及护理产品的质量信息，确保产品安全可靠。
主要职责
- 调查产品投诉，包括产品接收、核对、检测及记录。
- 将调查结果录入系统并编写客户报告。
- 与海外制造商沟通，确认调查内容。
- 推动基于QMS/GQP的质量保证工作。
- 管理检测设备和操作手册。
- 汇总分析投诉数据，开展质量改进活动。
任职要求
- 大学本科或同等学历。
- 具备质量保证或质量管理实际工作经验。
- 能够使用日语开展工作。
- 具备阅读和处理英文邮件及文档的能力。
- 熟练使用Excel、Word、PowerPoint及M365等办公软件。
