Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

About the role

Sierra, a platform for customer-facing AI agents, is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator on a contract basis in Tokyo. The role coordinates interviews and supports the recruiting process, with the ability to work in the office Monday to Thursday.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate a high volume of phone, onsite and video conference interviews with speed and efficiency
• Use the applicant tracking system (Ashby) to automate tasks and focus on candidate experience
• Maintain accurate data and gather metrics to prepare reports for recruiters and hiring managers
• Manage candidate travel arrangements and process expense claims
• Meet and greet candidates onsite for interviews and deliver a strong recruiting experience
• Work on projects that improve workflow and office experience

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a scaling company
• Fluent English and Japanese
• Ability to coordinate schedules and communicate with C-suite leadership
• Willingness to work in person in the office Monday to Thursday; in-office experience is an advantage
