Retail Assistant – Luxury Fashion Boutique

About the role

Join the exclusive Moncler boutique in Niseko as a Retail Assistant, delivering a premium shopping experience for luxury outerwear and ski apparel. You will work closely with the Store Manager and a passionate team to uphold the brand’s high standards during the peak winter season.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert, personalized advice to customers selecting luxury clothing, ski and snowboard wear.
• Process sales transactions accurately and maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and seasonal sales targets.
• Maintain detailed product knowledge and communicate the heritage of the Grenoble collection.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with confidence communicating with diverse guests.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in ski/snowboard, outdoor gear, or luxury service.
• Attention to detail and pride in keeping the boutique tidy and well‑presented.
• Ability to stay calm and focused during busy periods.

Required skills

• Basic cash handling and POS operation.
