Sales Enablement Manager – APJ (Japan)

About the role

DeepL is looking for a senior Sales Enablement Manager to lead go‑to‑market enablement across the APJ region, with a focus on Japan. You will partner with sales, presales and SDR leaders to design and deliver programmes that boost skills, product knowledge and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the APJ Sales Enablement plan, aligning with regional priorities and the global Enablement team.
• Partner with regional stakeholders to create and deliver enablement programmes, including sales plays, prospecting blitzes and hybrid onboarding cohorts.
• Support leaders and front‑line managers in coaching teams to follow DeepL’s sales process and methodology.
• Collaborate with product, PMM, knowledge management and customer success to source win stories and best practices.
• Measure programme impact through KPIs, reporting and data analysis.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience as an Enablement Manager or senior business partner working with sales teams.
• Proven ability to influence senior regional leaders and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, methodologies and coaching techniques.
• Experience in SaaS environments and familiarity with sales‑tech stacks.
