Seasonal Operations Assistant – Kids Programs Support

About the role

The Operations Assistant supports Rhythm Rides’ seasonal activities in Niseko, focusing on the Kids Multi‑Day and Futures programs. Working under the Operations Logistics Manager, the role ensures smooth day‑to‑day logistics, vehicle preparation, and administrative tasks so that instructors and guides can deliver high‑quality experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily set‑up and delivery of Kids Multi‑Day and Futures Seasonal Programs when rostered.
• Handle child check‑in, attendance tracking, group organisation and end‑of‑day hand‑over to parents or guardians.
• Prepare equipment, teaching aids, program materials and lunch logistics for instructors and coaches.
• Support safe movement and supervision of children during transitions, breaks and off‑snow activities.
• Prepare vehicles, equipment and shared resources as directed.
• Maintain accurate program and operational administration, including paperwork and record‑keeping.
• Provide professional support to staff, children and parents within assigned duties.
• Promptly communicate and escalate any operational, guest or child‑safety concerns.

Required profile

• Reliable and organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, seasonal environment.
• Good communication skills for interacting with children, parents and staff.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.

Required skills

• Hourly wage starting at ¥1,750.
• Seasonal employment from December to March, 30‑40 hours per week.
