Senior Frontend Engineer – Core Product Surfaces

About the role

Senior frontend engineer who will own core product surfaces of Jinba's workflow automation platform. You’ll build the interfaces where enterprise users create, visualize, and manage complex automations through natural language.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own major product surfaces such as the workflow editor, execution monitoring, and integration configuration.
• Architect frontend systems that scale with product complexity and team growth.
• Implement complex interactions including drag‑and‑drop, canvas manipulation, and real‑time updates.
• Collaborate with design to ship polished, production‑ready interfaces.
• Mentor engineers and establish frontend best practices as the team expands.

Required profile

• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience.
• Ownership‑oriented mindset with a focus on outcome rather than just tickets.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration typical of early‑stage, high‑growth environments.

Required skills

• Expert‑level React and TypeScript.
• Strong CSS fundamentals, including Tailwind and modern styling approaches.
• Deep understanding of state‑management patterns and performance optimization (bundle size, rendering, perceived latency).
• Experience building complex UI components such as canvas editors, rich‑text editors, and drag‑and‑drop interfaces.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and practical implementation.
• Testing strategies for interactive UIs, including unit and integration tests.
• Real‑time collaboration techniques (CRDTs, operational transforms, WebSocket‑heavy UIs).
