Strategic Team Lead

About the role

Fever is looking for a hands‑on Strategic Team Lead to develop, launch and manage original live‑entertainment events, scaling them across markets while working closely with partners, providers and venues.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and manage original events from concept to execution, scaling them across markets.
• Build and lead a team of project managers for large‑scale strategic projects with partners such as Netflix, Warner Bros, etc.
• Maintain high‑level relationships with C‑level executives of major entertainment companies.
• Drive revenue growth by overseeing sales performance, customer excellence and operational quality while managing budgets and on‑site teams.
• Negotiate and close partnership deals, conduct detailed business analyses and pitch projects to top entertainment brands.
• Represent Fever at local events and coordinate internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in project management, consulting or a startup environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational and commercial acumen with a solution‑focused, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proven ability to influence and manage cross‑functional teams and build relationships with C‑level stakeholders.
• Native or fluent English and Japanese; additional languages a plus.
