职位概况

本项目为株式会社コマースニジュウイチ举办的2天现场夏季实习，面向2028届毕业生，帮助学生了解IT/EC行业的业务结构、企业价值观及工作真实情况。

主要职责

参与企业研究方法培训。
通过案例学习企业的业务、成长环境、文化等维度。
聆听IT/EC领域的咨询、系统工程师及新人员工的经验分享。
完成自我价值观与企业匹配的分析练习。

任职要求

2028届毕业生或在校生。
对IT或电子商务行业有兴趣。
能够参加2026年8月的2天现场活动。
具备基本的日语或英语沟通能力。
