Account Sales IV

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking an Account Sales IV to act as the primary liaison between the company and its customers in Yokkaichi, Japan. You will represent Applied Materials’ product and service portfolio, develop complex sales strategies, and drive revenue growth for semiconductor and advanced display solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company to customers and vice‑versa in all sales‑oriented activities, identifying needs and implementing complex sales strategies.
• Present Applied Materials products and services to existing or new customers, coordinating demonstrations with product business groups.
• Communicate product roadmaps and capabilities to customers and convey customer technology needs to internal teams.
• Prepare pricing quotes, negotiate final prices, and submit documentation to book orders.
• Follow up on accounts receivable and maintain comprehensive coverage and documentation for assigned customers.

Required profile

• Demonstrates depth of expertise in a specialized discipline and interprets business challenges to recommend best practices.
• Leads functional teams or projects with moderate complexity, guiding problem‑solving and innovative solutions.
• Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates to influence stakeholder viewpoints.
