职位概况
在东京全域招聘轻货车司机及运输管理人员，采用业務委託模式，可转正为正式员工，工作时间弹性，提供车辆租赁支持。
主要职责
- 负责轻货车日常配送，按派单完成送货任务。
- 统计配送件数，配合公司结算提成。
- 对司机团队进行日常管理与培训（管理岗位）。
任职要求
- 持有有效驾驶执照，能够驾驶轻型货车。
- 无经验亦可，接受新人培训。
- 具备良好的时间管理和服务意识。
必备技能
- 熟悉东京市区道路交通规则。
我们提供
- 公司提供租赁车辆，无需自备车辆。
- 灵活的工作时间，可自由安排休息日。
- 配送件数提成，月薪25万至50万日元不等。
- 表现优秀者可转为正式员工或晋升管理岗位。
