Process Support Engineer

About the role

The Process Support Engineer (PSE) guides semiconductor products through their entire lifecycle, from concept to qualification, providing high‑visibility customer support on‑site. You will work closely with customers and R&D teams to develop and optimise advanced manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service and repair of complex semiconductor equipment.
• Collaborate with customers to optimise tool performance and meet integration requirements.
• Design and execute hypothesis experiments and Design of Experiments (DOEs) with statistical data analysis.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and resolve challenging process engineering and product issues.

Required profile

• Functional knowledge of at least two semiconductor processes across one or more technologies.
• Understanding of key business drivers and ability to apply them in daily work.
• Strong problem‑solving skills using technical experience and judgment.
• Ability to explain complex technical information clearly to customers and team members.
