Senior Customer Success Manager – Japan

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead the strategic relationship with our largest and most complex enterprise customers across Japan. You will act as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact, ensuring customers derive maximum value from Menlo Security’s isolation platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end relationship with enterprise accounts, advising CTOs, CISOs, security architects and engineers.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and executive touchpoints, presenting security assessments and forward‑looking recommendations.
• Drive successful deployments and adoption, guiding customers to achieve defined value milestones and time‑to‑value.
• Identify expansion opportunities using data‑driven insights and AI‑powered account research, collaborating with sales to close upsell deals.
• Mentor junior Customer Success Managers, contribute playbooks and lead enablement workshops.
• Travel to customer sites across Japan as needed.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience managing strategic enterprise accounts in the security domain.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Japanese.
• Strong business acumen combined with deep technical understanding of cloud security solutions.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and able to influence senior technical and business stakeholders.
