VP-Director, Real Asset Product

About the role

Invesco is seeking a senior leader to drive the Real Asset Product strategy and execution. This VP‑Director role combines deep expertise in asset management with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams and shape industry‑leading solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of real‑asset product initiatives, setting standards and best practices.
• Solve complex business challenges by applying specialized knowledge and independent judgement.
• Manage functional teams and end‑to‑end projects with moderate resource requirements and risk.
• Communicate technical concepts in a compelling business context and negotiate stakeholder viewpoints.
• Influence product, process, and service improvements to meet client and business objectives.

Required profile

• Specialized depth and breadth of expertise in the real‑asset investment domain.
• Proven ability to lead functional teams or projects and drive complex problem solving.
• Strong business acumen with experience interpreting internal and external challenges.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills to influence senior stakeholders.
