About the role

As the Business Owner for the Regional Management Office in North Asia, you will shape Agoda’s strategic direction across the region. You will partner with senior leaders in product, supply, marketing and finance to drive high‑impact initiatives that accelerate growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement long‑term strategies that deliver sustainable business growth and competitive advantage.
• Define, track and report key performance indicators to measure the impact of strategic initiatives.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely execution.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Leverage advanced analytics to evaluate performance and guide data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategy, management consulting or a related discipline leading complex, high‑impact projects.
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong leadership and project‑management capabilities, able to drive cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Japanese language proficiency is mandatory.
