Event Producer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, passionate Event Producer to join Fever’s Originals team. You will work closely with the Executive Producer and Project Manager to deliver high‑quality live concerts and experiential events, leveraging data‑driven insights to create unforgettable moments for audiences worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Candlelight concerts production, from pre‑production logistics and vendor selection to on‑site execution and post‑event wrap‑up.
• Create and maintain production timelines, ensuring all teams stay on schedule.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and on‑site teams to align on execution.
• Optimize production costs and processes while staying within budget.
• Oversee third‑party quotes, invoices and P&L updates.
• Secure event permits, meet insurance requirements, and handle venue research and booking.
• Handle administrative duties such as expense reports, invoicing, and contract coordination with the legal department.
• Travel domestically and internationally across time zones as needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in live event production.
• Native Japanese speaker with fluent English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong network of vendors and venues.
• Understanding of technical production requirements and basic fabrication processes.
• Familiarity with permitting processes.
• Data‑analysis mindset and strategic thinking.
