Onsite Event Coordinator (Tokyo)

About the role

FeverUp is looking for an enthusiastic Onsite Event Coordinator to join its Event Operations team in Tokyo. You will be on the ground ensuring each live experience runs smoothly and meets Fever’s high standards, creating unforgettable moments for attendees worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and train on‑site event staff, ensuring compliance with Fever policies and ticket validation procedures.
• Manage inventories of devices such as PDAs, computers and POS systems, and oversee the validation app and payment equipment.
• Control crowd flow, prevent bottlenecks, and manage queues throughout the event.
• Handle on‑site customer complaints, providing timely solutions and alternatives.
• Produce daily reports for Fever managers covering pre‑event preparation, post‑event feedback and any incidents.
• Act as the primary point of contact between partners, production teams and Fever, representing the brand on site.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Japanese.
• Experience in event coordination or related roles is desirable.
• Excellent face‑to‑face communication and strong organizational skills.
• Problem‑solver who can think strategically under pressure.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends, and to get hands‑dirty on all event tasks.
