Senior Lead – Regional Management Office (North Asia)

About the role

The Senior Lead will shape Agoda’s strategic direction across North Asia, partnering with senior leaders in product, supply, marketing and finance. You will translate top‑level priorities into operational excellence, driving high‑impact initiatives that accelerate regional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: design and implement long‑term strategies that drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
• Performance Management: define and track key performance indicators to measure impact of initiatives and ensure accountability.
• Program Execution: lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic programs, aligning with business goals and ensuring timely execution.
• Stakeholder Engagement: build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Data‑Driven Insights: leverage advanced analytics to evaluate performance and guide decision‑making.

Required profile

• Experience in strategy, management consulting or a related discipline with a proven record of leading complex, high‑impact initiatives.
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, able to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced environments.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong strategic and creative problem‑solving capabilities.
• Advanced project‑management skills, handling multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Proven stakeholder‑management experience, both internal and external.
• Technical proficiency in data analysis tools and financial modeling; Japanese language proficiency is mandatory.
