Barista – Food & Beverage Assistant

About the role

The Barista will be the heart of the store, creating high‑quality coffee beverages and serving tasty treats to guests in Furano. You will work closely with the F&B Supervisor and Store Manager to ensure a seamless, welcoming experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare espresso‑based drinks and hot chocolate to high‑quality standards.
• Greet guests, take orders accurately and maintain a friendly atmosphere.
• Keep the coffee bar clean, restock supplies and ensure equipment functions properly.
• Prepare and handle food items following hygienic processes and store them safely.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role; barista experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests.
• Commitment to cleanliness, organization and high service standards.
• Quick learner open to feedback and eager to grow.
