About the role

As a Business Consultant in the R&D practice, you will partner with global life‑science leaders to design and implement next‑generation operating models powered by advanced technology, AI, and data.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with global leaders to design and deploy the next‑generation life sciences operating model, shaping industry standards.
• Design and implement strategies that are directly embedded in customers’ technology platforms, linking strategy to execution.
• Ensure organizational changes and AI‑driven operating models deliver measurable business value long after project completion.
• Lead project workstreams, guaranteeing high‑quality design and delivery of customer solutions.
• Solve complex problems for life‑sciences leaders by leveraging Veeva’s unique data and software insights.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Life Sciences Consulting, preferably Business or Management Consulting.
• Proven expertise in Safety, Clinical Operations, or Regulatory domains.
• Strong analytical mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
