Consultant – Veeva Link (Hybrid)

About the role

Veeva is looking for a Consultant to help customers adopt and embed Veeva Link into their daily business processes. The role combines technical support, training, and change‑management to drive high user adoption across pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers in adopting Veeva Link, tailoring solutions for large pharma and small biotech firms.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholder groups.
• Collaborate with the Lead Technical Consultant on data integration into Veeva/Vault CRM.
• Lead change‑management activities, deliver end‑user training, and promote engagement with Link services.
• Report on adoption progress, conduct health‑checks, and respond to technical queries.
• Stay current on new Veeva Link features (Link Key People, Link Medical Insight, Link AI) and deliver demo presentations.
• Contribute to presales activities by leveraging product expertise within a team environment.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in medical, commercial, data analytics, or other life‑sciences roles.
• Fluent in Japanese and English.
• Strong customer‑facing and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑driven with a focus on high‑quality work and continuous improvement.
