职位概况
博世日本公司提供为期3至12个月的财务与报告部门实习机会，参与公司管理层决策支持及项目实施，获取跨国企业实务经验。
主要职责
- 汇总、分析财务数据，为管理层决策提供报告与建议。
- 参与工厂搬迁、SAP系统导入、流程标准化等项目。
- 整理公司间税务单价文档，确保合规性。
任职要求
- 在校大学生，能够连续实习3至12个月。
- 具备主动沟通、团队协作和坚持完成任务的能力。
- 能够在有限时间内提出假设并通过PDCA循环改进。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Microsoft Excel、PowerPoint、Word。
- 了解SAP系统及国际会计准则（IFRS）。
- 具备基础会计知识。
