Japanese‑Speaking Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation Director

About the role

Anaplan is seeking a bilingual Japanese‑English leader to drive supply chain strategy, transformation and go‑to‑market initiatives across its Integrated Business Applications organization. The role sits at the intersection of product management, enablement, sales, professional services, customer success and partners, combining deep supply‑chain expertise with consultative selling and technical architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with GTM teams to integrate supply‑chain applications into Anaplan’s sales motion, creating scalable knowledge‑sharing initiatives, sales programs, executive presentations and enablement assets.
• Translate deep supply‑chain expertise into actionable sales tactics, delivering presentations and demos that align with prospect and customer requirements throughout the sales cycle.
• Support platform, application and AI teams with design, best practices, pre‑market testing and early‑adopter feedback, feeding insights to product management for roadmap prioritisation.
• Act as a thought leader for analyst, industry and customer events, producing content such as whitepapers, use cases and market insights.
• Collaborate with Competitive Intelligence to sharpen positioning, develop battlecards and provide win‑report analyses.

Required profile

• Bilingual business‑level proficiency in Japanese and English.
• Demonstrated understanding of Anaplan’s platform and its application to complex business challenges.
• Extensive supply‑chain planning knowledge at strategic and operational levels, including performance management, planning, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in consultative selling or strategic advisory roles within SaaS or enterprise software, guiding opportunities from discovery through implementation and expansion.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and knowledge‑sharing abilities, with a proven track record of delivering compelling presentations, product demos and enablement programs.
