Lead Specialist, Ortho Supply Planning

About the role

This entry‑level position supports supply and inventory planning for orthopaedic products. You will work closely with demand planners, sales & marketing, and distribution centres to ensure stock levels meet business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing inventory levels at distribution centres to align with KPIs, financial targets and stocking strategies.
• Place and maintain purchase orders and master data to provide high‑quality data for planning decisions.
• Analyze data to identify trends, prevent excess or shortage, and support corrective actions with cross‑functional partners.
• Participate in developing and implementing supply chain strategies.

Required profile

• Keen interest in supply chain management and logistics.
• Business‑level proficiency in both English and Japanese (spoken, written, reading).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Basic knowledge of databases (preferred but not required).
