Managed Services Consultant – Commercial

About the role

We are looking for a consultant who is passionate about achieving the business vision and wants to participate in the transformation of the global life sciences industry. As a consultant of the Veeva products, you will join our Professional Services team providing post‑product application consulting. You will focus on absorbing and providing expertise to Veeva products.

Key responsibilities

• Help to keep up to date and implement new features within the Veeva product suite.
• Work closely with customer business and IT staff to understand their requirements.
• Think critically to help design the solution customers request as well as solutions they may need but have not requested.
• Act as customer liaison, managing communication between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams.
• Guide customers in adopting Veeva products and industry best practices as part of post‑implementation programs focused on holistic success.
• Drive change‑management methodology for customers transitioning from on‑premises to SaaS solutions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in system operations and maintenance with direct client communication.
• Native‑level Japanese language skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to read and write English documents, using a translator if needed.
• Strong capability to understand customer requirements accurately and propose alternative plans when necessary.
