Managed Services Consultant – R&D

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Managed Services Consultant to provide off‑site, post‑go‑live application administration for R&D Vault customers. The role supports life‑science companies using Veeva Vault, a cloud‑based content management and collaboration platform, across clinical, quality, manufacturing and regulatory functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide post‑go‑live administrative support for multiple clients.
• Configure users, groups, document types, properties, lifecycles, workflows, picklists, notifications and security settings.
• Perform bulk import and export of content and data.
• Deliver ad‑hoc training to users and administrators.
• Analyze and deploy new product features.
• Maintain production and sandbox environments.
• Create regular and ad‑hoc customer reports.
• Execute customer change requests.

Required profile

• Experience configuring, supporting or implementing content management software.
• Customer service or consulting background.
• Ability to quickly understand client requirements and propose solutions.
• Proven track record of fulfilling customer needs and managing expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Japanese is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work remotely and independently.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
