Veeva Link Consultant (Hybrid, Osaka)

About the role

As a Veeva Link Consultant you will support customers in Osaka and globally to adopt Veeva Link solutions, delivering training and technical guidance. You will work closely with Japanese and global teams in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment to ensure high user adoption and business value.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers to embed Veeva Link into daily business processes for large pharma and biotech firms.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholder groups.
• Collaborate with the Lead Technical Consultant to integrate Link data into Veeva/Vault CRM.
• Drive change‑management initiatives, train end‑users and maximize engagement with Link services.
• Report on Link adoption progress and conduct health‑check reviews.
• Respond to customer queries related to the Link platform.
• Stay current on Veeva Link solutions (Link Key People, Link Medical Insight, Link AI) and deliver demos.
• Contribute to presales activities and collaborate with the team on demonstrations.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in medical, commercial, data analytics or related life‑sciences roles.
• Fluent in Japanese and English.
• Strong customer‑facing and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑driven mindset with a focus on high‑quality work and continuous improvement.
