Managed Services Consultant - R&D

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Managed Services Consultant to support R&D Vault customers after go‑live. The role involves off‑site administration of Veeva Vault, helping life‑science companies manage content across clinical, quality, manufacturing and regulatory domains. You will work closely with clients in Japan, delivering configuration, training and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide post‑go‑live administrative support for multiple clients
• Configure users, groups, document types, properties, lifecycles, workflows, picklists, notifications, and security
• Perform bulk import and export of content and data
• Deliver ad‑hoc training to users and administrators
• Analyze and deploy new product features
• Maintain production and sandbox environments
• Create regular and ad‑hoc customer reports
• Execute customer change requests

Required profile

• Experience with configuring, supporting, or implementing content management software
• Customer service or consulting experience
• Ability to quickly understand client requirements and articulate solutions
• Proven track record of fulfilling customer needs and managing expectations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work remotely and independently
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
