职位概况
负责公司信息安全治理，完善制度、开展培训、风险评估、监控与工具落地，提升整体安全水平。
主要职责
- 制定、修订信息安全规章制度和指南。
- 组织安全培训、编写手册、提升员工安全意识。
- 开展风险评估、漏洞扫描、渗透测试并制定应对方案。
- 使用 Splunk Cloud 进行 SIEM 运维，建设 CSIRT，监控异常并响应事件。
- 与 IT 管理部门、开发团队协作，评估并导入安全工具。
任职要求
- 具备信息安全基础知识，能够独立开展安全治理工作。
- 善于跨部门沟通协作。
- 能够编写制度文档并进行培训推广。
必备技能
- Splunk Cloud / SIEM 实践经验。
- 漏洞评估与渗透测试技能。
- 安全事件响应（CSIRT）经验。
- 安全工具（如 EDR、MDM）评估与落地能力。
