职位概况
本公司在东京招聘正社員销售专员，主要负责住宅新建保险、装修及既有住宅保险等业务的直销与渠道拓展。
主要职责
- 通过直接提案或经纪店渠道开展住宅保险及相关产品的销售。
- 推广装修、既有住宅买卖保险、工事保险、住宅审查及各类保证服务。
- 根据分配区域进行客户拜访，必要时出差。
- 跟随资深同事学习业务，逐步独立开展工作。
任职要求
- 持有普通驾驶执照。
- 具备住宅或建筑行业知识者优先。
- 有企业客户路销、金融贷款、保险或房地产经验者佳。
- 熟练使用Excel、Word、PowerPoint进行资料制作。
必备技能
- Excel
- Word
- PowerPoint
我们提供
- 月薪22万日元以上（根据经验面议）
- 年终奖两次（6月、12月）
- 通勤补贴（最高5万日元/月）
- 年假124天，含带薪年假、庆弔假等
