About the role
IronOne AI Labs is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to lead the deployment of enterprise AI solutions for customers across Japan. The role is customer‑facing and focuses on delivering AI‑powered solutions to leading organizations in the Financial Services, FinTech, and Insurance sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand business requirements.
- Design, deploy, and integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
- Lead customer workshops, solution demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Provide technical guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Required profile
- Native or business‑level proficiency in Japanese (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong English communication skills.
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Professional Services.
- Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers, preferably in Banking, FinTech, Financial Services, or Insurance.
Required skills
- Experience integrating enterprise applications using APIs and modern cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, LLMs, RAG, Conversational AI.
- Programming experience with Python and JavaScript.
