Senior Customer Success Manager

About the role

Braze is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to partner with leading Japanese brands and help them unlock value from the Braze platform. You will act as the trusted advisor for your portfolio, driving adoption, renewal and advocacy while collaborating closely with sales and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own client renewals, retention and net‑retention targets.
• Serve as the main point of contact and strategic advisor for assigned customers.
• Partner with Account Executives to ensure commercial alignment and an excellent customer experience.
• Develop and execute Success Plans that drive feature adoption and help customers meet their objectives.
• Analyze product usage to identify health risks and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with Technical Support, Industry Solutions and Deliverability Services to provide seamless assistance.
• Conduct regular check‑ins, executive business reviews and on‑site visits as needed.

Required profile

• Passionate about customer success and proven track record in the field.
• Excellent communicator in Japanese and business‑proficient English.
• Team player who builds strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
• High intellectual curiosity and strong time‑management skills.
• 2‑5 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, implementations or project management.
