Senior Education Sales Manager – Japan & Korea

About the role

Snowflake is looking for a Senior Education Sales Manager to embed education into the account motion for top enterprise customers in Japan and Korea. The role drives adoption, accelerates time‑to‑value and surfaces expansion signals by partnering with account teams, customers and regional delivery resources.

Key responsibilities

• Own education relationships with strategic accounts across Japan and Korea and develop account‑level learning plans that deliver measurable consumption outcomes.
• Engage early in deal cycles to scope and deliver education packages that differentiate Snowflake and reduce friction.
• Partner with curriculum and delivery teams to localise content, style and instructional framing for Japanese and Korean enterprise audiences.
• Collect and synthesize customer and partner feedback, producing regular “Voice of the Japan and Korea Partner” reports to inform global enablement strategy.
• Identify education‑adjacent upsell indicators and feed intelligence to the broader GTM team.
• Scale and manage regional delivery cadences, pilot programs and performance metrics to refine rollout strategies.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in customer success, channel enablement, sales or revenue enablement within enterprise software or cloud technology.
• Business‑level fluency in Japanese (spoken and written); Korean fluency is a strong plus.
• Proven track record working directly with large Japanese enterprises and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Ability to operate independently across a geographically dispersed territory and to influence cross‑functional teams.

• Strong commercial instincts – linking education investment to consumption, retention or expansion outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese, with the ability to bridge local needs and a global enablement team.
