Senior Presales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Presales Consultant to lead NetSuite implementations, gather requirements, set up systems, and deliver user training. The role works closely with the Director of Service Delivery and coordinates with global project teams across the Philippines, the Middle East and North America.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 2‑4 client projects simultaneously, overseeing 3‑5 engagements from start to finish.
• Identify new accounts, assess customer needs, and build, test and implement NetSuite solutions.
• Lead all phases of NetSuite implementation including requirements gathering, documentation, build‑out, validation, testing and user training.
• Update project allocations, team capacity and billable hours in Salesforce and assign activity trackers for new projects.
• Conduct training and mentoring sessions for junior consultants and ensure adherence to the company’s delivery methodology.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 6+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst on NetSuite implementation projects.
• At least 1‑2 years of experience managing direct reports with proven leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities, with willingness to travel to client sites.

Required skills

• Extensive knowledge of NetSuite modules and implementation best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce for project tracking and activity management.
• Proficiency in SaaS solutions and integrating business systems.
• Ability to design complex NetSuite solutions and recommend effective process improvements.
