Robert Half is looking for experienced recruiters and business developers to join its growing perm and contract-focused practice groups at its Tokyo office. The role sits within a recruitment practice and involves building business relationships and managing talent solutions for clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in agency recruitment or similar client-facing roles
• Strong track record of developing business relationships

• Effective stakeholder management abilities
