职位概况
负责为客户提供技术支持和产品实现，涵盖售前咨询、售后实施及问题解决，协同销售团队开拓渠道并反馈产品需求。
主要职责
- 理解客户需求，提供技术方案并进行产品演示。
- 执行售前活动，包括产品说明、Demo 与导入支持。
- 提供售后HW/SW实现支持及故障排除。
- 与国内外销售及合作伙伴协作，开发销售渠道并推动产品规划。
任职要求
- 具备嵌入式系统（中间件/硬件）知识、调试及支持经验。
- 能够使用日语进行技术沟通。
- 积极应对技术和业务挑战。
- 具备汽车行业知识或经验者优先。
- 熟悉Linux、QNX等POSIX编程及调试。
- 了解车载网络设备者优先。
- 有意提升商务英语能力。
