Product Manager – Regulatory Compliance (Japan)

About the role

LexisNexis, a leading provider of legal and regulatory information, is seeking a Product Manager to drive its RegCompliance+ platform in Japan. The role will bridge customers, engineering, design and commercial teams to deliver solutions that meet the unique regulatory needs of Japanese compliance professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their workflows, challenges, and unmet needs.
• Translate customer insights into clear product requirements and solutions.
• Partner with Engineering and Design teams to deliver new features and improvements.
• Support product discovery, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization.
• Use customer feedback and product data to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with teams across Product, Content, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Represent the needs of Japanese customers within a global product team.

Required profile

• Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, or a related role.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a genuine interest in understanding user needs.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams.
• Business‑level Japanese and professional‑level English.
