Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition for our Tokyo office, partnering with hiring managers to attract top technical and business talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full‑cycle, end‑to‑end recruiting process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
• Partner strategically with hiring managers to develop position profiles, understand needs, and assess the candidate market.
• Create and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels for both active and passive candidates.
• Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to hiring managers and Sierra leadership on a regular cadence.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience at a high‑growth tech company, preferably with early‑stage startup exposure.
• Proven expertise in outbound sourcing, recruiting, and closing candidates for technical and business roles.
• Strong ability to build impactful relationships with hiring managers and interview teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Japanese.
• Experience with Ashby ATS is a plus.
