Recruiter – Full Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

Box, the market leader in cloud content management, is expanding its offices in Tokyo and Osaka. We are looking for a hands‑on Recruiter to own the full‑cycle hiring process for a variety of positions and help build our talent pipeline in Japan.

Key responsibilities

• Drive full‑cycle recruitment (research, screening, scheduling, closing) for multiple requisitions across the organization.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions and develop clear candidate pitches.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using social media, email, and phone outreach.
• Manage candidates through the entire process, from initial contact to interview coordination and offer closure.
• Adapt quickly to shifting hiring priorities and create plans for new role requirements.
• Collaborate with the global Box recruiting team to continuously improve hiring effectiveness.

Required profile

• Preferably holds a 4‑year university degree.
• Minimum 4 years experience in a fast‑paced, agile environment, ideally at a foreign‑affiliated venture.
• At least 5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, especially for sales professionals.
• Proven sourcing experience using social media platforms.
• Ability to generate and interpret pipeline reports.
• Fluent in both Japanese and English, written and spoken.
