About the role

Anthropic is looking for an experienced Go‑To‑Market (GTM) Recruiter to partner with GTM leaders and hire talent that will drive the company’s growth and mission. The role blends strategic sourcing, stakeholder partnership, and data‑driven process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruiting for GTM positions, from sourcing to offer.
• Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans, including competitive mapping and talent pipeline building.
• Partner with GTM leadership to define ideal candidate profiles and required competencies.
• Create exceptional candidate experiences that showcase Anthropic’s mission and growth trajectory.
• Design scalable recruiting processes that assess functional expertise, business acumen, and cultural fit.
• Track recruiting metrics, identify bottlenecks, and optimize the hiring workflow.
• Coach hiring managers on best practices, interview techniques, and building diverse, high‑performing teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience with exposure to GTM functions.
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑growth environments and build structured recruiting practices.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with examples of frameworks that drive hiring.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable analyzing recruiting data.
• Passionate about AI’s positive impact while understanding its risks.
