FEP Manager III, Customer Engineer

About the role

The FEP Manager III, Customer Engineer leads the customer engineering team in the Shonai district, building strong relationships with customers and ensuring successful system installations and support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships across all levels, conducting regular visits.
• Manage, coach, and direct district customer engineers, handling salary and career planning.
• Serve as the primary interface with Product Divisions for tech support, training, spares, and reliability.
• Oversee account planning with District Sales Engineer and provide financial forecasts for the district.
• Plan and execute system installations, including pre‑facility and start‑up meetings.
• Manage RMA procedures and track customer engineer hours for accuracy and efficiency.

Required profile

• Ability to lead and mentor engineers, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
• Strong problem‑solving judgment within defined procedures and policies.
• Effective interpersonal skills to gain cooperation and present technical information.
