Guest Services Assistant – Rides (Seasonal)

About the role

The Guest Services Assistant for Rides will be the front‑line contact for guests seeking ski and snowboarding lessons or guiding experiences at Rhythm’s Niseko resort. Working closely with the Guest Services Manager, you will help match guests with the right on‑mountain activities and ensure a smooth, memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process lesson enquiries via email, phone, booking system and in‑person at the sales booth.
• Advise customers on the best on‑mountain experience for their skill level and goals.
• Listen to, communicate and resolve guest feedback, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Rhythm’s products and services to deliver accurate bookings.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure lessons start on time.
• Liaise with resort booking partners for seamless guest experiences.
• Support the Rides team with daily administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service mindset with upselling capability.
• Good understanding of skiing and snowboarding progression.
• Attention to detail and collaborative attitude.
• Familiarity with the Niseko area is a plus.
