Night Operations Staff

About the role

Join the Night Operations team at Hotel La Neige and ensure smooth overnight service for guests during the winter season. You will handle late‑night check‑ins, respond to emergencies, and keep the property safe, clean and welcoming throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Complete overnight administrative tasks such as report generation, document printing and guest profile updates.
• Conduct late‑night check‑ins and assist guests with requests, providing a professional arrival experience.
• Answer the on‑call emergency phone and respond promptly to guest emergencies or urgent situations.
• Perform light housekeeping in public areas and maintain the presentation of the property.
• Clean and maintain company vehicles and clear snow from entrances and walkways.
• Record purchase receipts accurately and support reception or driver teams when needed.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in Japan (e.g., Working Holiday Visa).
• Previous hospitality or night‑audit experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently, stay calm in emergencies and handle physical duties such as cleaning and snow removal.
• Strong communication skills in English and Japanese.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays for the full winter season.
• Valid driver’s licence is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Experience using hotel management systems (advantage).
