About the role
The Senior Manager, CRM will lead the development, delivery and implementation of Salesforce CRM across Japan Commercial to support key business objectives and sales strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with internal stakeholders to implement Salesforce functionalities that drive business needs and support sales strategy.
- Develop tailored dashboards and reports to monitor performance data, ensuring usability for end users.
- Reinforce digital marketing and sales force efforts by leveraging Salesforce and AI technologies.
- Measure sales force activity, monitor results, and align with stakeholder requirements.
- Collaborate with commercial leadership on sales strategy and territory design based on market data.
Required profile
- Strong leadership capabilities with high computer literacy.
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building and presentation skills in both Japanese and English.
- Ability to adhere to corporate compliance and ethics policies.
Required skills
- Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Excel (Power Query, Pivot).
- SQL data collection and management skills.
